Beijing Jingdiao Ultra-precision Grinding Center
Beijing Jingdiao Technology Group Co., Ltd. (Beijing Jingdiao) is a privately owned company engaged in the research, development, and manufacturing of precision CNC machining centers. The core products are five-axis ultra-precision machining centers, which are characterized by the ability to consistently achieve "0.1-micron feed, 1-micron cutting, and nanometer-scale surface finish." Upon this technological capability, Beijing Jingdiao has newly developed ultra-precision grinding centers. These machines enable ultra-precision grinding of brittle materials (such as glass, ceramics, silicon, and gemstones) as well as difficult-to-machine materials (including cemented carbide, stainless steel, and titanium alloys).
